RETURN POLICY

ALL SALE ITEMS FINAL SALE

Items purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges. The return date is the date that items are postmarked for a return to us.  Items bought on the website can be returned by enclosing relevant documentation (printout of receipt or order) and sent to:

All items are only returnable for store credit.  To be accepted for a return, items must include their original tags and be in their original, re-saleable, condition.  Shoes must be returned in their original box; this box cannot be used as a shipping container as the shoe box must be in its original condition for display on our shelves.  Items will be rejected for return if they do not meet the above criteria or if they (by way of example and without limitation) have been worn, washed, and/or carry any distinctive smells such as perfume, smoke, or deodorant.

Some items are not available for returns.  These include sale items and jewelry as well as intimate apparel, swimwear, hair accessories, or any other product where in Shop at the Mix’s sole judgment it would be unsanitary to accept a given item for return and re-sale.

In the rare case of an item being damaged during shipping or an incorrect shipment being delivered, the above policies and restrictions.  In this case, please contact us at Caroline@Shopatthemix.com with your order number or receipt and a photograph of the item as well as, if applicable, a description of the damage to your item for resolution.  Damage or incorrect order claims must be received within ten (10) days of the arrival of the item to your designated shipping address. We will instruct as to shipping protocols for damaged items or incorrect items, and, as long as these protocols are followed, you will not be liable for shipping costs in returning damaged or incorrect items to us.
