Our Jarrah Dress is upbeat in 100% cotton with polkadot and floral embroidery and flower appliqués. This minidress features a sweetheart neckline with ruffles and elastic at the shoulders, buoyant puffed sleeves and a bust that’s gathered at center. The bodice is smocked with a peplum ruffle at the waist and continued smocking below, to a final scalloped flounce at bottom.
